Voyages Program (Before & After School)

All fees (daily or weekly) are prepaid & due each Friday. A $20 late feel will be assessed for payment made after Friday for the next week of service. Nonpayment of service will result in termination of service until bill is brought current. Excessive late payments will result in dismissal from the program. A $35 fee will be charged for each returned check. Accounts with one (1) returned check will be required to make cash or money order payments only and will be subject to dismissal. A $3 per minute fee will be charged when a child is not picked up promptly at 6:00 p.m. There are no exceptions to these policies.

Daily Scheduled Times: 6:30-7:30 a.m. and 2:15-6:00 p.m.
Registration Fee: $20 non-refundable
Morning Daily Fee: $2 per child
Weekly Fee: $10 per child

Daily Fee (PM): $10 for 1 child
Weekly Fee (PM): $50 for 1 child
Weekly Fee (AM & PM): $60 for 1 child
Teacher Duty Day: $30 for 1 child
Early Dismissal Day: $2 extra a day per child

**Daily rates only apply if the child comes one or two days; three days or more will be charged the weekly rate. REQUIRED DRESS

  • Closed toe shoes and closed heels with socks
  • Belts on all shorts and pants that have loops (leather brown, blue, black or white) - No colors. Canvas belts are available in our school store
  • Shorts and pants fastened at waist
  • Shirts must be solid in color (no stripes or logos), collared and tucked in
  • Sunscreen and caps suggested for p.e.
  • Sweatshirts and sweaters in the same color are preferred but not required. Uniform shirts, sweatshirts and pants with the school logo will be available at our school store. No other sweatpants will be allowed.
  • Uniforms are available at area stores, but not limited to Bealls, Target, Wal-Mart, Sears, JC Penney, Dillards and Macy's.

UNACCEPTABLE CLOTHING

  • Jeans
  • Leggings
  • Colored, striped or patterned knee high socks
  • Cargo shorts and pants
  • Pants hanging below shoes
  • Shorts designed to be worn below the knee
  • Bell Bottom pants
  • Sandals, platform shoes, flip-flops, open back shoes, heelys, or crocs
  • Scarf belts - unless it comes with the uniform
  • Spandex or nylon fabric
  • Make-up
  • Tattoos
  • Any article of clothing/jewelry that may cause injury or deemed a distraction to the educational process such as chains, belts, bracelets, earrings, chokers, wallet chains and all items hanging from belt loops.
  • Hats, headbands, bandanas, caps or headgear are prohibited except for P.E., field days or outdoor activities
  • Wrong color shirts. See colors listed above.

ENFORCEMENT POLICY

  • 1st offense: A warning notice sent home – minor infraction.
  • 2nd offense: A warning notice sent home and parent is notified with second minor infraction.
  • 3rd offense: third minor infraction
  • 4th offense: A major discipline infraction is issued.
