Before and After School Program

“Voyages” Before & After School Program

Enrollment may be cut off at any time due to the number of students enrolled.

PAYMENT POLICY:
All fees (daily or weekly) are prepaid & due each Friday.  A $20.00 late fee will be assessed for payment made after Friday for the next week of service.  Nonpayment of service will result in termination of service until bill is brought current.  Excessive late payments will result in dismissal from the program.

A $35.00 fee will be charged for each returned check.  Accounts with one (1) returned check will be required to make cash or money order payments only and will be subject to dismissal.

A $3.00 per minute fee will be charged when a child is not picked up promptly at 6:00pm.

There are no exceptions to these policies.

STARTING TIMES:  6:30 am to 7:25 am and 2:15 pm to 6:00 pm

DAILY RATES ONLY APPLY IF THE CHILD COMES ONE OR TWO DAYS.

REGISTRATION FEE: $20.00 (non-refundable)   
MORNING DAILY FEES:   
$2.00 per child
WEEKLY FEES:
$10.00 per child

DAILY FEE (PM): 1 child- $12.00 
WEEKLY FEES (PM): 
1 child- $60.00     
WEEKLY FEES (AM & PM): 
1 child $70.00

EARLY DISMISSAL DAY:  $2.00 extra a day per child

LATE PICK-UP POLICY:
A $3.00 per minute fee will be charged when a child is not picked up promptly at 6:00 pm.  If you do not arrive at the designated pick up time the school will make every attempt to contact a member of your family or a friend as specified by the parent on the Lee County Schools Emergency Card.  In such case if a family member or emergency contact cannot be reached following a reasonable period of time, the After School Program Staff will contact the principal to inform him/her of the situation.  At this point one of the following may occur.

 -An employee can be sent to the home or work site to attempt contact with parent or guardian.

-The School principal may contact the Cape Coral Police Department and release the child to this agency.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THESE POLICIES.

PROGRAM POLICIES:
All children should be toilet trained before they are permitted to attend the program.  No glass bottles of any kind are permitted.  Voyages will provide a snack every day for each child.  No toys are permitted at Voyages.

Children grades 1st – 5th will be expected to work on their homework or read AR books during the homework time.  Please be sure your child has supplies (paper, pencils, erasers, crayons) & their homework materials/AR books each day they attend the Voyages program.

DATES VOYAGES WILL BE CLOSED:

Voyages will be closed all non-school days. 

We will also be closed the following dates:

December 21, 2018 – This is an early dismissal day for students and the last day before winter break.

May 30, 2019 – This is an early dismissal day for students and the last day of school.
